These Instant Coffee Overnight Oats are the perfect breakfast when you’re on-the go. All that’s needed is 8 ingredients plus 5 minutes of prep time – it can’t get much easier than this vegan or gluten free meal option done in only 3 steps.

Ingredients

0.5 cup Organic rolled oats

1 tbsp Instant coffee
-
2 tbsp Organic black chia seeds
-
1 tbsp Organic raw cacao powder
-
0.67 cup Milk or any nut milk of your choice

1 tbsp Maple syrup
-
1 pinch Salt
Directions
Mix rolled oats, instant coffee, cacao powder, chia seeds, milk, maple syrup together with a pinch each of salt.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Add a splash of milk next day before serving.
