I’m sure you’ve been looking for some new breakfast ideas lately, and I have a great one. This chia breakfast bowl has been my go-to because it tastes amazing while being healthy! Chia seeds are an excellent source of fiber and protein which will keep you feeling full all morning long.
Ingredients

14 oz Coconut milk

0.33 cup Organic black chia seeds

1 cup Frozen raspberries or strawberries, thawed

3 tbsp Maple syrup

0.33 cup Roasted Pecans

3 tbsp Roasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

1 tbsp Organic peeled hemp seeds

2 piece Banana, sliced
Directions
Mix the strawberries, coconut milk and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a bowl, and stir in the chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Transfer to a serving bowl, top with sliced bananas, pecans, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds.
