Which payment methods are accepted?

Klarna currently accepts most debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, offering a broad range of options for your convenience; it is important to note, however, that prepaid cards are not accepted under Klarna’s payment method.

If my order is cancelled, will I still be charged?

In scenarios where an order cancellation is necessary, Klarna adheres to our standard cancellation policy; you are encouraged to contact us to initiate the cancellation process, following which, once we process the cancellation, Klarna will adjust your payment plan accordingly, and you have the option to monitor the status of your payments either through Klarna’s website or via the Klarna app, with refunds typically taking up to 14 days to process depending on your banking institution; to keep track of your refund status, ensure that we have adjusted your payment plan and check whether the refund has been issued to your original payment method, and if, after 14 days, you haven't received your refund, Klarna’s customer support is available for further assistance.

Can I pay before the due date?

Yes. Klarna also offers the flexibility for you to settle your purchase balance ahead of the scheduled due dates; this can be conveniently done by logging into the Klarna App, navigating to the "Payments" section, and opting for the "Pay early" feature.

What if I cancel my order?

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made to the same card. Returned or cancelled orders should first be registered with the online store. The refund will be processed within the next 14 days of the online store logging the returned or cancelled order.
