In this recipe, they’re coated in a thin layer of sweetness that makes them irresistible. Candied pecans make the perfect snack, addition to salads, or dessert toppings. Plus, they’re easy to make and can be customized with your favorite flavors.
Ingredients

4 cups Organic pecans

2 cups Organic coconut blossom sugar

1 cup Water

1 tsp Salt

2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay pecans out on a baking sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes until slightly darker in color and fragrant. Be careful not to burn. Watch towards the last 1-2 minutes.
Remove pecans from the oven and let them cool for at least 10 minutes.
Add coconut sugar and water into a pot with medium-high heat.
Add salt and vanilla extract and stir the mixture with a wooden spoon, bring it to a boil.
Once the mixture starts bubbling and the color starts to become golden brown, quickly add the pecans into the pot.
