This soup is made with caramelized onions, toasted tomato paste, and lots of carrots and celery – all of which come together to create a truly unique and flavorful experience. 4 onion pieces

4 carrots

4 cup Organic red lentils

20 cup Vegetable or chicken broth

4 cup Tomato paste

4 tsp Salt

8 bay leaves

16 piece Garlic cloves

2 lemons

2 tsp Coriander

2 tsp Cumin

4 tsp Paprika

2 tsp Black pepper
Directions
Use a large pot, sauté your onion, garlic, carrot and celery over low heat for almost 10 minutes.
Add in vegetable or chicken broth, tomato paste, bay leaves, salt and all the spices, stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
Cover the lid, and simmer 40 minutes until lentils are soft.
Finish with a dusting of zest and spritz of lemon.
