Sweet dates and crunchy delicious nuts come together in perfect harmony to create a delicious marriage of flavors! Treat your tastebuds today with this tantalizing combination.
Ingredients

1 cup of jumbo Medjool dates

½ cup of walnuts
-
½ cup of pecan nuts

¼ cup of diced ginger
-
3 tablespoons of almond flour
-
½ lemon juice & peel
-
some shredded coconut
Directions
Remove pits from Medjool dates, and chop them to smaller pieces.
Add chopped Medjool dates, nuts, diced ginger, and lemon juice into the blender, mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a bowl, and add 1-3 tbsps of almond flour or fine shredded coconut until reaching the consistency you like for the balls.
Scoop 1 tbsp of final mixture each time and roll into small balls using both hands.
Optional: you can also roll the balls in additional almond flour or fine shredded coconut.
