Strawberry Chia Pudding is the perfect way to start off any day. It’s made from whole foods, almond milk, mixed with fresh and freeze-dried strawberries that give it enough sweetness while keeping you satisfied throughout each scoop.

Ingredients

3 tbsp Organic black chia seeds

0.75 cup Milk or any nut milk of your choice

1 tbsp Maple syrup
-
4 piece Fresh or frozen strawberries

10 g Freeze-dried strawberry slices

20 g Organic California raw walnuts
Directions
Mash strawberries, and mix with chia seeds, milk and maple syrup in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Let is sit for 5 – 10 minutes, transfer to a cup or a jar. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia to plump up and thicken the pudding.
Top with walnut pieces and sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberries before serving.
