This recipe for blueberry overnight oats is the perfect way to make ahead and enjoy your morning meal on busy days. Made with rolled oats, almond milk, freeze-dried wild blueberries & coconut sugar.
Ingredients

½ cup Organic rolled oats

1 tbsp Ground flaxseed

⅓ cup Milk

⅓ cup plain yogurt
-
2 tsp Coconut blossom sugar
-
1 pinch Salt
-
1 pinch Cinnamon powder
-
¼ cup Freeze-dried wild blueberries
-
½ cup Chopped banana
Directions
Mix rolled oats, ground flaxseed, milk, plain yogurt together with a pinch each of salt and cinnamon.
Add ¼ cup crushed freeze-dried wild blueberries and ½ cup chopped banana.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Top with fresh or frozen berries.
