Sip your way to a calm and serene state of mind with this delicious Goji Berry Ginger Tea. The perfect drink for a cold winter evening, the ginger spice will warm you up while the goji berries provide a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients

1 tbsp Organic goji berries

5 slices of fresh ginger

8 fl oz Boiling water

1 lemon wedge
-
1 tsp Honey (optional)
Directions
Rinse goji berries and drain.
Add goji berries, ginger slices into a cup. Pour in the boiling water.
Squeeze lemon juice into the cup.
Let it steep for a about 10 minutes until the water changes to a more tea-like colour.
Sweeten with honey if you like and enjoy!
