No-Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites

Made with all natural ingredients, these easy and healthy snacks will give you the boost of energy and nutrients that’s missing from traditional chocolate bars. They’re vegan, gluten free & vegetarian friendly too so everyone can enjoy these tasty treats guilt free (or even better yet – delicious).

INGREDIENTS

(For 4 Servings)

  • 4 cup(s) organic rolled oats 2 cup(s) peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp organic black chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp organic brown flax seed
  • 1 cup(s) maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4 pinch sea salt

PREPARATION

STEP 1: Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well together.

STEP 2: Refrigerate the mixture (covered) for about 30 minutes.

STEP 3: Take out the mixture from the fridge and scoop 1 ½ tbsps of mixture each time and roll into small balls using both hands.

STEP 4: Refrigerate the rolled bites again for about 10 minutes, and enjoy!
