Cranberry-Walnut Oatmeal

Craving a little bit of something sweet and tart? This cranberry-walnut oatmeal is perfect for you! With the delicious flavors of red berries and crunchy nuts, this breakfast dish is sure to give you the energy you need to start your day off right.

INGREDIENTS
(For 4 Servings)

  • 4 cup Organic quick rolled oats
  • 8 cup Water
  • 4 tbsp Organic coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Organic dried cranberries sweetened with concentrated apple juice
  • 1 cup Organic California raw walnuts

PREPARATION

STEP 1: Use a pot, bring water and salt to a boil.
STEP 2: Add quick rolled oats and cook 1 minute over medium heat, stir occasionally.
STEP 3: Remove from heat, stir in sugar and vanilla extract.
STEP 4: Top with dried cranberries, chopped walnuts and maple syrup.
