All you need is two ingredients to make these luxurious coconut balls: unsweetened shredded coconut and condensed milk. Fast enough for any busy schedule yet still Roll Up Your Sleeves delicious at heart with each bite!
Directions
In a large ball, mix 1 and ½ cup of shredded coconut and the condensed milk until well combined. Set aside the remaining 1 cup shredded coconut.
Scoop up tablespoon-sized amount of mixture and roll into balls. Then coat the balls by rolling them into the remaining of the shredded coconut.
Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours before serving.
