Soft, chewy, and flavorful oatmeal raisin cookies that will have your family asking for more. These cookies are easy to make with a few simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen or just ordered from KYSU : ) The best part is the homemade flavor that can’t be beat.
Ingredients

4 cup All-purpose flour

6 cup Organic rolled oats

4 cup Organic Thompson raisins

2 tsp Ground cinnamon

2 tsp Baking soda

2 cup Unsalted butter
-
4 cup Organic coconut blossom sugar

8 piece Eggs

1 tsp Salt

4 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
Mix the flour, rolled oats, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together in a large bowl.
In a mixing bowl, mix the softened butter, brown sugar together. Add the eggs and vanilla extract till all ingredients get well combined.
Add in the dry ingredients and continue mixing on low speed, and then add in the raisins till fully combined.
Cover the dough tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Prepare a large baking sheet and set aside.
Scoop the mixture and roll them into balls (about 1 tbsp each time). Place them on the baking sheet with 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 – 15 minutes until the color turns to lightly brown on the sides.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool for 10 – 15 minutes before serving.
