Our recipe is soft and chewy on the inside, with a crisp golden exterior. The perfect mix of sweet and coconutty, they’re impossible to resist. Whether you’re looking for an afternoon snack or something to take to a potluck, these macaroons are sure to please.
Ingredients

5 ⅓ cup Organic shredded coconut

1 ⅓ cup Organic coconut blossom sugar

8 tbsp All-purpose flour

8 piece Egg white

2 tsp Vanilla extract

½ tsp Salt
Directions
Mix shredded coconut, coconut sugar, flour and salt into a large bowl.
Add egg whites and vanilla extra until well combined.
Scoop up tablespoon-sized amount of mixture and drop onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 325 °F (162 °C) for about 20 minutes. Let is cool before serving.
