Ingredients

⅓ cup Large banana, sliced

½ cup Organic rolled oats

2 tbsp Organic Thompson raisins

½ tbsp Organic brown flax seeds, ground

1 ½ tsp Ground cinnamon

1 tbsp Almond butter or any other nut/seed butter

1 cup Almond milk or any other non-dairy milk of your choice

1 pinch Salt

1 tsp Maple Syrup
Directions
Cut banana into slices, add 2/3 of the banana slices (Optional: keep a few for topping), oats, raisins, ground flaxseed, cinnamon and salt to a pot.
Add almond milk into the pot and stir to mix all ingredients well.
Cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, and make sure to stir the mixture several times to make sure the banana slices melt into the oats.
Turn off the heat once all the liquid is absorbed and oats become thick.
Transfer into a bowl and serve with almond butter (or any of your favorite butter), more banana slices, additional raisins, maple syrup with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
